After payment, you will be instantly directed to our success page, where you will complete a simple onboarding form and tell us about you and your business.

We will begin building your website immediately and will normally provide your first draft within 24 hours. Most websites are completed, approved, and published within 48–72 hours, depending on how quickly revisions and approvals are received.

If we are unable to create a website that earns your approval, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase.

Once you approve the final website for publication, the project is considered complete and all sales become final.

If we do not receive requested information, revisions, or approvals from you for more than 30 days, we may consider the project inactive. Additional fees may apply before work resumes.

Website updates and additional customizations can be requested at any time.

Updates are billed in 2-hour blocks for $50. Most standard updates can be completed within one block.

Additional pages start at $50 each.

More advanced functionality or custom development may require a separate quote before work begins.

Website hosting is $38 per month.

Your first month of hosting is included with your initial website purchase. Monthly billing begins 30 days after your purchase.

Hosting includes keeping your website online, secure, updated, and optimized.

You may cancel hosting at any time with no long-term contract.

If hosting is cancelled, your website will no longer be accessible online.

No partial refunds are provided for unused portions of a billing period.

Some services we provide rely on third-party providers, including website hosting, domain registrars, social media platforms, payment processors, and other online services.

While we carefully choose reliable providers, we are not responsible for outages, delays, service interruptions, policy changes, account suspensions, security breaches, or other issues caused by third-party services that are outside of our control.

We will make reasonable efforts to assist in resolving any such issues whenever possible.

You always own the text, images, logos, branding, and other content you provide to us.

Your website will be hosted and managed by Reeves Business Solutions unless you request a transfer.

You may request full ownership and complete control of your website at any time by paying a one-time $50 website transfer fee. Once the transfer is complete, you will receive your website files and full control of your website, subject only to any third-party software, plugins, or services that require their own licenses or subscriptions.

Our 30-day TikTok content creation and account management service is non-refundable.

Because meaningful marketing results typically require longer than 30 days, no satisfaction guarantee is offered for this service.

The Total Presence Package is non-refundable.

However, it includes our 100% Customer Satisfaction Guarantee.

If we do not generate paying customers for your business during the initial 90-day service period, we will continue providing content creation and marketing/account management services at no additional charge until we do, for up to an additional 90 days.

All prices are listed in Canadian dollars unless otherwise stated.

Services requiring recurring payments will continue until cancelled.

You are responsible for ensuring your payment information remains current.

While we strive to deliver excellent results, we cannot guarantee specific search engine rankings, social media performance, website traffic, sales, or business growth unless expressly stated as part of a written guarantee.

Our total liability for any claim relating to our services shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Your privacy matters to us.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

We collect only the information needed to:

• Provide our services.
• Communicate with you.
• Process payments.
• Answer your questions.
• Improve our services.

As part of providing our marketing services, we may publish or distribute business information that you provide to us, including your business name, website, phone number, email address, service areas, business hours, photos, logos, and other information intended to promote your business.

We may also share your business information with potential customers or other businesses where doing so supports your marketing efforts.

If there is any business information you do not want made public (such as your business address), simply let us know before publication.

We take reasonable steps to protect the information you provide but cannot guarantee absolute security of information transmitted over the internet.
